Q: Do you deliver every image you shoot?
A: No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because I shoot with low apertures, sometimes I take a few extra shots to make sure I have the perfect focus. I don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so I spend hours doing that for you. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. I might snap a few extras of any of these moments to make sure I have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With my expertise of processing thousands of images each year, I may eliminate ones that I feel are duplicates and only deliver the best ones.
Q: What if our ceremony is in a different language?
A: No problem! Before each wedding I work closely with the couple and the wedding planner to make sure that no matter what I don’t miss an angle. While different languages can present challenges, in the end, artistry, creativity, and storytelling are all universal concepts that our team will portray in your photography and cinematography.
Q: How do you deliver the final photos?
A: Couples have the option of either receiving a physical drive with the final files or a downloadable dropbox link, whichever they prefer.
Q: Do you touch up all the images in our image download?
A: Absolutely. Every image I deliver is post produced with my unique signature style of post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections.
Q: Do you shoot in JPEG, Small Raw, or Large Raw?
A: I shoot most of my images in Small Raw with certain situations where I move to Large Raw. The term “small raw” can be misleading, as couples sometimes fear that they are losing quality. This is not true. Quality is identical, the only difference is the largest size print one can get from a Small Raw file is four feet wide vs six feet from a Large Raw. Most don’t want the giant file size associated with Large Raw, as most computer processors take forever to open these files, but if you would like me to shoot in Large Raw format I’d be happy to do so.
Q: Do you provide partial day coverage?
A: I typically do not provide partial day coverage on weekends. On weekends, I only accept clients that require at least 8 hours of coverage or have a budget of $3,000.00 and above.

Q: Wouldn’t it be easier to hire a wedding photographer who is already located at the locations of my wedding?
A: Not necessarily. Typically hiring photographers from your wedding location is not only more expensive but riskier both in terms of receiving your images as well as quality of photography. Past clients have decided against hiring foreign photographers for a couple of reasons. First, it is much harder to coordinate with them about the details of your wedding day. Also, if you have questions about your images, response times and miscommunication are often terrible. By having me on board, you not only have the piece of mind that you will be receiving award-winning imagery, but you will also have my support quickly and fully with any questions, day-of details, and post production requests.
Q: What are Destination Wedding Photography Fees and Prices?
A:Our destination wedding photography packages are the same as our regular wedding photography packages. The only additional costs that our clients would be responsible for are as follows:

3) Hotel accommodations (typically 2 nights but dependent on the length of the event)
4) Rental car (typically 3 days, depending on the length of the event)
5) Vendor meals for the day of the event(s)
6) Per Diem: $75/day per photographer for meals and gas on travel days and days not on the events
Q: How many people do we need to fly out?
A: Depending on your package, timeline, guest count, and program, typically you will need to fly out myself and my assistant. In addition, we would like to depart for the destination a day in advance. The reason for this is that we would like to have plenty of time to scout out your wedding venue as well as ensure that we will be on time to the location on the day of your wedding. As for the departing flight, we typically have the tickets booked for the day after your last event, preferably at a later time.
Q: Do I need to book the flights?
A: If you’d like to use your travel miles/rewards and book those flights on your own, I would just like to ask that you send us the flight information ahead of time just so that I may approve the details (flight times, transfers, layovers, etc.)
Q: Do you offer discounted packages for destination weddings?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer discounted packages for our destination weddings so the prices would be the same as our regular packages with the additional travel/lodging costs.
Q: We live out-of-town. Is it possible for our family/friends to meet with you instead?
I’d love to meet your relatives, answer their questions and review our work with them. If possible, I’d like to at least Facetime or Skype with you to get to know you better.
Q: We’re very busy and won’t be able to meet. Are there any other options?
A: I would love to meet with you prior to our engagement shoot or wedding; however, if you’re too busy or too far away, I can handle everything remotely. Just let me know what information you need and I will do my best to accommodate your request. For example, if you would like to see more of my work, I can gladly show you complete events online. If you would like to talk about packages and get a sense of my personality, telephone calls, and webcam appointments can be arranged.
Q: Do you travel to meet clients?
